JADEDHAIR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page before purchasing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Products & Services

JADEDHAIR specializes in 100% virgin human hair, including wigs, bundles, and custom units.

All products are subject to availability
Slight variations in texture, color, and curl pattern are normal due to the nature of raw/virgin hair
Product images are for reference purposes only

Custom Orders

Custom wig orders are made specifically to customer specifications.

Processing time for custom wigs is 14–21 business days
Custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once processing begins
JADEDHAIR is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customization details submitted by the customer

All custom wig orders are final sale.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD
JADEDHAIR reserves the right to change pricing at any time
Payment must be completed in full before processing begins

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping & Processing

Processing and shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

JADEDHAIR is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Customs delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

JADEDHAIR does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where:

The wrong item was received, or
The item arrived damaged

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks or false claims will be disputed with supporting documentation, including tracking confirmation and delivery proof.

Customers who initiate fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
