All JADEDHAIR products are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect length, texture, or style selected
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, hair products cannot be resold once shipped. For this reason, we strictly enforce our no-return policy.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
We will only replace an item if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrived damaged
To qualify:
- Email shopthejc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
- Item must be unused and unaltered
Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims will be disputed with evidence, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking proof.
