Processing Time (Made-to-Order Items)
All JADEDHAIR products are made to order and custom prepared to ensure premium quality.
- Processing Time: 7–14 business days
- Processing includes sourcing, quality checks, customization, and preparation for shipment
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing Time for Custom Wigs

- Sourcing premium virgin human hair
- Wig construction and customization
- Bleaching knots, plucking, styling (if selected)

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing time begins after payment is received and all required custom details are submitted.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
JADEDHAIR may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- JADEDHAIR is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, JADEDHAIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Delays may occur during holidays, promotions, or peak shipping seasons
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
International Orders
